If you have received Safe Environment Training and it has been less than 3 years since your training or last "refresher", please read: Diocesan policies and procedures regarding sexual misconduct with minors . Then, complete the Best Practices annual form below, checking each box and entering your name and the date before submitting. You should see a "thank you" message if your submission is successful.
