How to submit a proposal to the Parish Council.

1) All proposals must be submitted in writing to the council one week before a scheduled meeting (by a parishioner).
2) The parishioner may be invited to a meeting to present the proposal.
3) The proposal will be voted on at the meeting following the presentation.
