Suggestions for a Successful Service Project for Annunciation Parish

• Announcements to be included in the Sunday bulletin, on the parish website, and on our social media site should be submitted to the parish office. These can be dropped by or emailed to Diana Braun, dbraun@evdio.org.
• If you require the use of parish facilities, please contact the parish office to make sure of availability and to reserve the space. The office phone number is 812/476-3061.
• If your project involves working with youth in any way without their parent(s) present, it will be necessary to adhere to Youth Protection requirements. For more information, contact Deacon John McMullen by phone at the parish office or by email, jmcmullenn@evdio.org. 
• If your project involves an event or fundraiser, please submit a Parish Event Form. This form must be submitted and approved at least two months prior to the event or fundraiser. The form can be submitted from the website or downloaded and returned.
• Please contact our bookkeeper, Mindy Sharp (msharp@evdio.org), in the parish office for information on financial policies.
